Air Circulation System: 1x11kw direct drive intake fan, 1x7.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
Water Based Paint Drying System: 60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of 2.2kw motor fans.
Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60.C). Max. temperature
at 80.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.
Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
Heat Recycle System: Are recuperative, moisture is not recovered. The heat passes through thin plates, with recovery levels of up to 38%. The air streams are strictly separated, whenever solvents are used, the intake and exhaust streams have to be kept absolutely separate. That frequently makes the cross plate heat exchanger the perfect solution. The amortization period is short. Often less than two years.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 18w LED LED lamps. Side light has 32 pcs of 18w LED LED lamps. 1200 Lux.
Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter is M pattern nonwoven filter bags. It can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

Q1:Are you Manufacturer or Trading Company?

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our company is located in Guangzhou City, China.All clients, from home and abroad,are warmly welcomed to visit us.
Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components.

A:Yes,you can.Customized material and standard are acceptable. We can provide different standards according to your market and favor.
