What is a welding tractor?
Welding tractors offer a level of automation which can improve the consistency, efficiency and productivity of your welding. Product Introduction
Pipeline welding machine is widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, heat, natural gas, Marine engineering, municipal water pipe heating and other industries. Models are divided into rail type and trackless type. Trackless type adopts magnetic adsorption on the pipeline, crawling along the welding path automatically when welding. It can be quickly installed, used and disassembled which is very convenient. Rail type is mainly used for welding stainless steel or pipes that cannot be magnetically adsorbed. Rail specifications can be customized according to welding needs. The welding trolley is magnetically adsorbed on the pipeline. Through the preset parameters, the hand-held wired controller can adjust the welding parameters to control the automatic welding of the welding trolley on the pipeline.

The whole position automatic welding of the pipeline is realized by means of pipe fixation and welding cart walking. The welding process is protected by carbon dioxide gas or mixed gas (80% argon +20% carbon dioxide) with high efficiency and low cost.

(1) Prepare tools
1. Necessary welding tools and wire feeding devices
2. Welding power supply for necessary walking and control
3. Necessary CO2 gas for welding
4. Straight handle welding torch for automatic welding is necessary
5. Other basic tools for homework.
(2) System connection
1. Install the welding wire on the wire feeding tray and pull it to the end of the torch
2. Connect the welding torch port to the wire feeder
3. The two-core control switch output from the wire feeder is connected to the 2P socket of the trolley control box
4. Connect one end of the power cable to the 3P socket of the control box and the other end to the 220V AC power supply
