Specifications:
The self-adjusting roller rotator takes 2 groups as one set,1 group of active roller frame and 1 group of passive roller frame, and each group of active and passive frames has 4 rollers.
The operation of the active roller of the self aligning welding rotator is realized by two gear reduction boxes through a frequency conversion motor and a cycloidal pin wheel to realize synchronous transmission and rotation.
The motor of the reduction box implements stepless speed change through a frequency conversion controller, the mechanical transmission noise is low, and the workpiece rotation is stable.
Each group of pincers automatically adjusts when the diameter of the workpiece reaches a certain range. When the diameter is the smallest, the lower wheels of each group of clamps are on the same horizontal line (roller frames with different tonnages have different working ranges).
The working range of the roller frame of each tonnage shall not exceed the maximum diameter size.
