DNY series spot welders have the features as follows:
1, The main transformer of DNY series spot welder is made of imported cold rolled silicon steel, thus the transformer is less power loss and low no-load current.
2, DNY series portable spot welders have the advantages of small size, light weight; both welder and welding gun can move; don't like the old style fixed spot welder has electrode arm structure, using 2m cable for hand hold spot welding gun; the spot welding gun can weld the parts inside the work pieces; also they can form a suspension welder if to be hung up.
3, In main circuit of DNY series spot welder adopts thyristors as non-contactor switch, quick switch off and reliable. Welding time can be controlled and adjusted precisely, good welding repeatability, easy to maintenance, can realize high quality weld.
Applications:
