CL-40A Metal Finishing Machine is a bowl type finishing machine. The machine bowl is loaded with suitable media and the components be processed. During the tumbling process, the bowl containing the mixture of media and workpieces vibrates at high speed. This vibratory motion causes them to rub against each other, leading to the desired surface finish. A vibratory finisher plays a critical role in the pre-finishing of metal parts, which determines their characteristics.
