The socket fusion welding machine for joining pipes and fittings.
There are two series in our factory. One is constant temperature socket fusion welding machine , set temperature 260°C , it's for fusion welding PPR pipes and fittings.
The other is digital socket fusion welding machine. You can according to different thermoplastics pipes and fittings to adjust the temperature by yourself. It's for joining PP-R , PE, PB, PVDF pipes and fittings.
The suggestion temperature for below pipes
PP-R 260°C
PB 240°C
HDPE 220°C
PVDF 172°C
There are "RDY" and "HEAT" Indicator lamp in the machine.
HEAT that meaning heating , you should wait. When the LED in on red in machine must be heating up to the maximum working temperature.
RDY that meaning ready , you can start to work after RDY light is green.
How to use digital socket fusion welding machine
1.Setting Temperature
Choose suitable pipe and fittings , set the suitable temperature
2.Cutting the pipe
Cutting the necessary pipe length with the plastic pipe cutter.
3.Cleaning the pipe
Cleaning the fusion surface of pipe with alcohol
4.Measuring Fusion Depth
Fusion depth in pad from 16mm to 160mm . You can mark or draw the line by hole in pad.
5.Heating
Insert the pipe and fitting horizontally into the sockets. Heating time reference to instruction book in the kit.
6.Connecting and cooling
Connect the heated pipe and fitting exactly and adjust finish in 5s.
