Ratchet strap is composed with webbing strap, ratchet and end fittings. The end fittings are optional according to specific requirement. It is widely used in transportation such as cargo binding, cargo lashing, binding and tow truck self-saving.Ratchet straps is widely used in all kinds of field with its advaniages.
You could call it ratchet tie down, tie down straps, tie downs, cargo lashing, cargo control, cargo straps, or tow straps, etc. They are made of polyester yarn with necessary metal part like double J hook, ratchet, flat hook, E track fittings.
SLN Branded Ratchet straps are assemblies of ratchet buckles with all kinds of straps with or without hooks, endless or not. We use polyester webbing to make the straps , and the working load limit can be less than 100lbs to more than 1000lbs , the width of the strap should be 1" to 4" , both ends can be a loop, endless, double J hook , flat hook, spring e fitting, snap hook, chain extension,or the ends can have different set up.
The material to make ratchet buckle is steel, specifically carbon steel, but the ratchet handle can be aluminum or plastic coated, or just the steel .
The straps are made from polyester webbing(made of polyester yarn), polyester webbing is used where low elongation and low creep are desirable, such as flat bed tie down straps, we don't want the load on the truck bed to move.
Webbing cab also be coated with suitable materials that will impact desirable characteristics, such as abrasion resistance, sealing to prevent penetration of foreign particles and matter, increased(or decreased) coefficient of friction, ultra-violet light resistance.

1.Incoming Material Inspection :Checking all incoming material including sub-contractor provide products to ensure the quality meet requirement and nonconformity is found in time so as to prevent released nonconforming incoming material.
2.Input Process Quality Control :Random sampling was taken at different time intervals
throughout the day in the production process to guarantee the quality.
3.Outgoing Quality Control:Upon receiving shipment notification, inspectors will have inspections on the products to be shipped, including the routine tests on shipping marks, packaging, appearance and quantity (weight), etc. by following the standards set by contracts and relevant stipulations.
