The structure of the vans was designed without girder bearing, which changed the traditional structure in transport vehicles in China. This kind of vans is 2 tons lighter than the traditional vans, and the carrying capacity is significantly enhanced.
Features of materials
The body of the van adopts high-strength aluminum alloy materials, the strength is 1.2 times than ordinary hot rolled steel panel. It has the characteristics of corrosion-resistance, long service life and easy to recycle.
Features of technology
The body of the vans was riveted and pre-coated processing with metal materials, which reducing the pollution to environment and protect the health of the workers.
