A. Advanced framework design
Evergreen intensive airbags employs the advanced whole enlacing technology which demands the interwist of each layers without any seams. Also the two conical ends of airbags are reinforced with extra two layers. B.Excellent quality material employed
Each 10 cm long frame work material has 94 synthetic-tyre-cords whose tensile strength are 21kn/strand and 30kn/strand respectively. The outer rubber components have sufficient tensile and tear resistance strength to withstand anticipated severe usage. The reinforcement synthetic-tyre-cord layer re strong enough to hold the inner air pressure in both compressed and non-compressed situation and its employed rubber is made up of natural and synthetic rubber. The imported sealant which is manufactured of international brand factory according our special demand ensures the tight bond of each layers.

5. Precaution of airbags usage
A.Strictly control the inner pressure of airbags not exceed the safety working pressure.
B. The contacted surface of carried load with airbags sould not have protrudend sharp subjects which may pierce airbags.
C.Avoid the lengthways twist of airbags during the using.
D.If the airbags are not used for long time or repaired the should be tested by the inflation experiment before used again. The test inner pressure should be the same of working inner pressure. Generally the largely repaired airbags should low down the working pressure in use.
6.Testing and Quality:
