These fender are made of polyurethane elastomer skin( or rubber skin), nylon reinforcement layer and closed-cell resilient foam. The performance of foam elastomer fenders is comparable to that of a pneumatic fender, but the fenders will not lose their function in case the skin gets punctured, and they have a high degree of wear resistance.
