* The Warranty period covers the first 12 months since the date of goods arrival and applies for the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or improper manufacturing. Manufacturer ensures that a prompt response will be given to the maintenance requirement, if needed, go to the designated site. Manufacturer provides free repair within the warranty period, while overseas transportation and accommodation fees shall be borne by buyer.

* The Warranty does not apply for consumables or any parts with limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear.

* Manufacturer shall be responsible for the reliability, integrity and performance of the locomotive.

* Upon expiration of the warranty period, the supplier shall provide technical services free of charge.

* Manufacturer provides basic free training course for buyer, while all other expenses associated with trip to China shall be borne by buyer. Training content will be negotiated by all parties in advance.
