SINCHOLD 7120/21/42 Welded Type Forged Steel Flexible Self-Locking Crane Rail Clips

SINCHOLD 7120/21/42 Crane Rail Clamp is a new design scheme, which requires a smaller minimum width of the steel backing plate. The crane rail system greatly helps to save raw materials. It is also a self-locking track fixture with a vulcanized rubber tongue. The production process of the crane rail clip is made of forging Q355B steel. The same material as the steel base plate is selected for better welding fastness.

SINCHOLD 7120/21/42 Crane Rail Clips can be used in rail systems such as wharves, steel mills, shipyards, and automated production warehouses with a lifting tonnage of ≤500 tons. The horizontal adjustment distance of the 7120 series clamps is 21mm, which is higher than that of previous similar crane clamps. It has a larger adjustment range, matching 8.8-grade M20 bolts, and vulcanized rubber nose, which can better improve the stability and the long life span of the rail system.
