7. Full production lines one-stop service:
From the design development -> casting -> die processing -> stamping -> welding -> painting -> cab assembly -> vehicle assembly -> testing and other industry chain one-stop service, which include producing the tooling&jig, interior parts, wire harness and so on.
Supply Capacity:
The annual output are 100,000 cabs, 15,000 special trucks, 800 sets of large and medium-sized mold tooling, 50,000 tons of precision castings, 10,000electric vehicles chassis, 10,000 sets of urban intelligent parking equipment, 1,000sets special motor home, 2,000 tank trucks and 100,000 automotive wiring harnesses.
Packing and delivery
1) CBU: Bare/naked by RO-RO;
2) SKD: Special transportation bracket/frame for cab, frame, cargo box, engine, gearbox, front and rear axle, etc. or special wooden case packing for export;
3) CKD: The six major parts of the cab are packed with special iron frame and winding film to ensure which is anti-rust and anti-corrosion, and the other parts are packed in the same way of SKD condition.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our truck in bracket and wood cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the truck in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, CIF,or customer discuss.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 50 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
