The cleaning function of solar panels can be completed at one time, which saves a lot of labor and water, time and labor. This car can clean 8-10 kilometers of photovoltaic panels per hour. For large-area solar power station panel cleaning, our company's self-developed solar panel cleaning vehicle is used. The cleaning efficiency of the vehicle can reach more than ten times that of manual cleaning. It is composed of on-board cleaning machine and power driven rotary cleaning arm device. The power rotary roller brush is adjustable, which can move horizontally or vertically. It is equipped with automatic control anti-collision system as standard (to prevent the roller brush from damaging the electric plate. It is equipped with imported diesel generator and two high-power high-pressure water guns. The tank body adopts internal heating design, which is suitable for use in various adverse weather conditions. It is a special operation vehicle for cleaning photovoltaic panels.
1. Auxiliary engine: equipped with 280KW diesel generator set, the high-pressure water pump and air compressor are driven by the generator and power motor, the clean water tank is equipped with electromagnetic frequency conversion heater, and the 45KW water supply tank can be used for circulating heating in winter. The hydraulic pump is transmitted through the chassis power take-off, and the hydraulic control valve is electrically controlled by the hydraulic system.
2. High pressure cleaning function: a 30kW motor drives the high-pressure cleaning pump. The working pressure can reach 13-15mpa and the flow of 170 liters per minute. Different pressures can be adjusted by transmitting high-pressure water to the working position.
