The equipment can make up down or left right movement duo to the pallet. Each of parking spare has a pallet, the top pallet can only moved up down and the ground floor can only moved left right. There is spare parking space on the ground fllor. It can be changed when the top pallet needs to down, thereby the cars can go in or go out of the parking space. Cars on the ground pallet can drive directly.
