The principle of microprism reflection is based on the light in three-dimensional space, incident from a certain angle,three reflections occur in three perpendicular planes,and then reflect it back in the original direction of incidence. When the incoming light enters the microprism, after three secondary reflections, finally, the lights is reflected back to the source. This process is called prism reflection.
Micro-prismatic reflective sheeting is made based on the principle of refraction and total reflection of cubic cone, the reflective rate is higher than the normal reflective sheeting.
