ADS-I inclination sensor summarize
ADS-I inclination sensor which is researched and developed by Yuanben Magnetoelectric company, adopts project plastic and aluminium alloy shell encapsulation. Encapsulation grade can reach IP67 and IP69K, has uniaxial and biaxial analog outputs type of inclination sensor. Among them all adopts biaxial type design when the measuring span is below 90 degrees. Uniaxial measurement is optional when the measuring span is over 90 degrees.
Inclination sensor adopts MEMS sensor detecting element, sensor circuit design
adds multiple circuit protection. The output signal has strong anti-interference
performance,the accuracy can reach 0.02°,small product size, Good resistance to shock and vibration, adapt to engineering equipment, outdoor facilities application environment and harsh industrial environment.
Inclination sensor electrical output is available in a variety of ways, analog voltage:0-5Vdc, 0-10 Vdc, elecrical current:4-20mA, RS232 or RS-485 or Canopen/J1939 communication mode output. And may add imit value on/off output by customization. Electrical connection has cable extraction mode,such as M12 electrical connector. IP67 protection grade, wide temperature -10….85ºC usage range, correct automatically installation errors. May horizontal, vertcial,and inverted installation (default horizontal installation).
Application
Medical apparatus and instruments inclination angle detection, such as MRI and CT scanner portable operating chair
Inclination sensor detect angle of inclination relative to the horizontal plane Used for tilt monitoring, such as scissor lifts and aerial work platforms.
Levelling of special moving vehicles such as concrete pump trucks and cranes
