» I.Product Describution:
1.The tank body is made of high-quality national standard steel plate. The cylinder body is 4mm thick and the head is 5mm thick. The head is formed by one-time die casting. The appearance of the tank body is a cylinder, the head is hemispherical, and the protruding part of the head is nearly 300mm, which improves the pressure resistance of the vehicle and can effectively avoid the occurrence of tank deformation. The one-piece synthetic tank body has the characteristics of high overall strength, good rigidity, good pressure bearing, good service performance and beautiful appearance.
2.air compressor: domestic brand: Wuhu Fuda.
3.the head is welded by large gantry type carbon dioxide gas protection automatic welding machine, and the tank body is welded by large carbon dioxide gas protection automatic splicing welding machine.
