- Secondary filtering of engine oil: the mechanism of coarse screen and cast iron engine oil fine filter is adopted, which can conduct the secondary filtering of engine oil, improve cleanliness of lubrication oil, increase rotational inertia of crankshaft and improve idling stability of engine.
- Asymmetric crankshaft: the crankshaft is designed asymmetrically, and the dynamic balance of the engine and the whole vehicle should be adjusted carefully. By encapsulating the timing drive sprocket, the noise of timing chain can be effectively reduced.
- Light-weight position: the reciprocating inertia mass of the piston is reduced, the mechanical loss is reduced, and the engine performance is greatly improved.Meanwhile, the engine vibration is further reduced, and the driving comfort is obviously improved.
