When replacing the injector needle valve couple, the new couple should be soaked in 80 ºC hot diesel oil for about 10 s, after the antirust oil is fully dissolved, the needle valve should be pumped back and forth in the valve body in clean diesel oil, and cleaned thoroughly, so as to avoid the failure of sticking the needle valve due to the dissolution of antirust oil.
