1)cutting  
use the plasma cutting machine cut the steel to little parts use for suitable welding and splicing
 
2)welding  
after steel cutting process the next step is welding .this process the main work is beam welding .the top plate-bottom plate and the
middle  plate  will  be welding together .  this process will be use submerged arc welding process.this type of welding is very
special .its exclusively used in I beam welding .after this welding process other parts of the trailer will be use different welding way
for different steel-argon arc welding-electric arc welding-manual welding-gas welding and so on
 
3)blasting 
this process is use for the first step of surface cleanness-stress relief-derusting before paiting .
 
4)electrophoresis coating 
this process use for more detail surface cleanness
 
5)epoxy zinc primer spray coating 
this process is the lasting one before paiting .after this process the trailer an be paiting
 
6)assembly
after all the process we have mationed .the last procedure of the trailer is assembly.this process all the parts will be assemly .it including tire-wheel rim-king pin-landing gear-suspension-spring leaf -brake chamber-air wiring-electricity wiring-brake system and so on

Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory specialized in manufacture kinds of semi trailers and tanker trailers. So we know exactly what you are looking for. You are very welcome to visit our facilities and production line at any time.
Q2. Could you accept special design and specification?
Sure of course. As we all know that the traffic regulations are different in different areas, our professional engineers will
design and our well-trained staff will produce according to customer special requirements. Such as: special Size, special structure, or OEM, etc.
Q3. Do you have stock?
Yes we have a few stock in our warehouse for your urgent order, but the main design already finished, the only we can change are some of the spare parts such like tires, axles, stickers, painting etc.
Q4. How to control quality?
We set up all process inspection and quality control standard, include raw materials, production process, finished products. Advanced equipment and standard inspection process ensure the quality.
Q5.Do you have overseas aftersales service?
Normally twelve months warranty to main beam of the vehicle. As to the quality problem, buyer should provide pictures of the bad assembly, after confirmed by our technician; we provide new part for the buyer.
