JD series explosion-proof dispatching winch is used for dispatching trolleys, tramcar in underground parking lots, middle roadways, mining transportation lanes in mines, dragging or carrying heavy loads. We can design and manufacture different types of dispatching winch with maximum pulling force 7.5-40KN.Working Principle
The working principle of the dispatching winch is to drive the gear box through the electric motor to make the wire rope on the winch drum retract and release, so as to realize the lifting and lowering of materials. The specific steps are as follows:
Motor drive: the electric motor is the power source of the whole equipment, through the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy, drive the gear box work.
Gear box transmission: the motor drives the gear transmission system in the gear box, which converts the rotary motion of the motor into the rotary motion of the winch drum.
Rope retracting and releasing: The wire rope on the winch drum realizes retracting and releasing motion under the transmission of motor and gear box, so as to complete the lifting and lowering of materials.

Mine shaft bottom yard: used for scheduling and grouping empty and heavy vehicles.
Intermediate roadway and mining area transportation roadway: scheduling grouping of mine cars, as well as up and down the hill, digging head scheduling individual mine cars.
Ground loading station: dispatching grouped ore cars, hauling ore cars and other auxiliary handling tools.
