Column winch is a kind of equipment used for lifting and descending, which usually consists of winch, rope, power unit and control system. It realizes lifting, descending or recovering of heavy loads by winding ropes, and is widely used in mines, buildings and construction sites.2. Working principle
The working principle of column winch is mainly based on the rotation of the winch and the pulling force of the rope. The motor drives the winch to rotate and the wire rope is coiled on the winch. When the winch rotates clockwise, the rope coils up and the connected weight rises; when the winch rotates counterclockwise, the rope loosens and the weight falls.
Operation steps
Equipment check: Before starting the operation, check all parts of the equipment, including the winch, braking mechanism, rope, etc., to make sure they are in good condition.
Connecting heavy load: Connect the heavy load to the rope by hook or loop chain to make sure the connection is firm.
Starting the equipment: set the lifting speed according to the load requirement and start the motor.
Lifting or lowering: Operate the control system to lift or lower the weight as required. Monitor the movement status of the weight during the process.
Stopping operation: When the weight reaches a predetermined height, stop the equipment and make sure that the weight is safe and stable, and can be disconnected after it is in position.
