Excellent technology: the main parts of the vehicle are processed by advanced equipment, and the longitudinal beam is welded by CNC plasma cutting and automatic tracking submerged arc welding, which has the characteristics of high cutting precision and good welding. The vehicle parts are all shot peening treatment, which greatly enhances the adhesion of the paint and improves the corrosion resistance of the structural parts.

4. Frame: The frame adopts high-quality low-alloy high-strength steel plate made of welded I-beam and the whole through the beam group welded space frame structure, reasonable structure, improve the strength, stiffness, toughness and other properties of the frame, with light weight, bearing capacity and other characteristics.
