1. Product description
MEMS methane gas sensor uses a unique MEMS process to make a high-temperature resistant micro-heating plate on a Si-based substrate, and uses a self-developed gassensing material nano-level metal oxide semiconductor material. When the detected gas exists in the ambient air, the conductivity of the sensor changes. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. Using a simple circuit, the change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
