The physical benefits of rubber air springs after vulcanization

1. Solubility: During the vulcanization process, the ability of the rubber to dissolve in the solvent will gradually decrease, but it can only swell; after vulcanization for a certain period of time, the swellability will show a minimum value, and the vulcanization will gradually increase the swellability.


2. Thermal stability: Vulcanization improves the thermal stability of the rubber and reduces the influence of the external temperature difference on the performance of the air spring, such as crystal hardening, viscous flow, decomposition and other problems.
