1.All the gearboxes are designed according to JB/T9050.1-1999 of various technical standard, which are made up of the transmission box and the distributing box. This is the special mechanical transmission device used for the conical twin screw plastic extruder .
2.The gears of material are 20CrMnTi, after carbonize,quenching and gear grinding,reach 6 precision, the hardness reaches HRC54-62 ,and the low noise.
3The distributing box material is 42CrMo , after gear cutting by CNC Gear Hobbing machine,then carburizing,quenching .The gears are high precision,and the hardness reaches HRC54-62 , with the low noise.
4.Domestic top-quality ZHJ and DYZV bearings to be adopted, also we can adopt imported brand like SKF , ,NSK, which depend on the customer.
5.The case of transmission box adopt HT250 material, and the distributing box materisl adopt QT500 and thick design, which guarantee the case stationarity, It is good for reducing the noise, heat dissipation lubrication of spare parts and an easy maintenance.
6.The oil seal adopt the Taiwan's brand TTO, the gearbox's high speed and low speed shafts all use the double oil seals , which can prevent the the possibility of oil leaking.
