The brake oars of this product are fabricated with high quality aluminum alloy material (ADC12). The tholes are designed scientifically and reasonably with equal back force distributed, which makes the tholes have resistance to rupture and shape change advantages. The shoe brake is manufactured with excellent abrasion resisting carbon fiber characterized by resistance to abrasion and high temperature. The shoe brake is cohered with brake oars through import cement heating and the shear strength is ≥3.72Mpa.
1. The frame is made of high quality aluminum alloy, cast under high pressure, color electroplated for rust resisting.
2. The friction disc is made of synthetic material according to original factory standard, provided with such characteristics as stable friction coefficient, excellent wear resisting performance, and not damaging the wheel hub.
