Introduction of DMC One Bag type Pulse Dust Collector
    DMC One Bag type Pulse Dust Collector is a kind of small bag type  dust collector with the absorption of foreign advanced technology of similar products by our factory. It adopts high pressure(0.5-0.7MPa) , large flow pulse valve, detailed filter-bag and injection technology to collect dust, and it has features like large kinetic dust collecting energy with high quality compared with other domestic equipment. Furthermore, DMC One Bag type Pulse Dust Collector is also small in size, light in weight, simple, compact, easy to operate and maintain because of it's outer-filtering style. So it is widely applied to the dust purification processing system of building material, metallurgy, mines, chemistry, coal,  and fine powder of non-metallic mineral  processing, It is an ideal environmentally friendly dust collecting equipment.
Speciafication of DMC One Bag type Pulse Dust Collector :
   DMC One Bag type Pulse Dust Collector has six speciafications for the time being, and each one can be divided into type A -standard with sah bucket and  type B- open flange ( without ash bucket ), and it is mainly made up of  filter chamber, filter bag, net gas chamber, ash bucket, cinder valve, pulse jet unit, electric control box etc. The cabinet is all welded construction,  the access panel is sealed with foam rubber to make sure there is no leakage.



Working Principle of DMC One Bag type Pulse Dust Collector :
    Gas dust gets into the ash bucket through the inlet, then through the open- flanged inlet enters the the filter bag where the gas will be filtered and gets to clean air chamber, then discharged by the fan. Dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag increasingly, adding resistance for bag to collect dust. So the dust on the filter bag need to get removed to periodically to keep the resistance less than 1200Pa.
    The dust dislodgement is a procedure that the program controller starts- up pulse valve in order regularly, pushing the compression air (0.5~0.7MPa) through the spray pipe out(this is called primary air ) , and then by the inducement of venturi, the air around the primary air (this is called secondary air), which is several times higher than primary in pressure, will enter filter bags and makes filter bags dilate in moments sharply, the dust will be shaken off with the anti-direction function of airflow,  the attached dust will fall into ash bucket immediately, the dust will be discharged through the ash valve, then we can achieve the purpose of dust dislodgement.
