Q1. How can I get one sample or some samples to test your products?
A1. We thank you for your support and trust in our products! We accept samples order,but please contact our Sales Managers to confirm your order details before placing your samples order.

Q3. Can I make my own logo or brand on the Electric Motorcycle?
A3. Yes,we can make your own logo and brand! We accept OEM,we also accept modifications in configuration and color!
Q4. What is the delivery time?
A4. Common orders delivery time is around 10-15 days after confirmed the payment;OEM orders will be 15-20 days after confirm the payment.
Q5. Can I mix different models in one container?
A5.Yes,different models can be mixed in one container,but please contact our Sales Managers to confirm the order details first.
Q6. What is your After-sales Terms?
A6. Our Sales Managers and our Technician Team will provide timely perfect sales and after-sales service.We promise that due to any quality problems of our products,we will provide free replacement,and we will bear the costs!
Q7. How long is your Warranty Period?
A7. We provide warranty period for some main parts, Battery/Motor for 1 year,others palstic spare parts can be free for next order.
