Shijiazhuang Meichuanzan Technology Co., Ltd. (MECZ) is a
comprehensive company integrating production, industry, and trade.
Our factory covers an area of 108 acres and currently employs more than
50 people. The standardized workshop covers an area of 28,000 square
meters, which includes the machine shop covers an area of 5,000 square
meters. There are 2 foundry shops with an area of 18,000 square meters
with a lost foam casting line and an Iron mold-coated sand line.
The processing equipment in our company includes 40 horizontal
machining centers, vertical machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling
machines, and more than 20 other drilling machines and auxiliary
equipment.
There are also 2 sets of three-coordinates measuring machines, Optical
Spectrum Analyzer(OSA), metallographic laboratory, mechanics
laboratory, and product laboratory.
Total control, from design to produce the essence of our corporate spirit, is fine-tuned by experience, This translates into the use of advanced
manufacturing technology, suited to satisfy the most demanding
customer, in terms of safety and reliability. We have been granted
Quality Certification in conformity with ISO9001/2008 and ISO/TS
16949:2000, ECE quality certification
We have specialized in adopting advanced and automated
manufacturing technology as at the heart of our philosophy Prototypes
are designed using FEM technology supported by SOLIDWORKS systems
and validated by virtual stress analysis performed on electronic models
as well as by laboratory tests. To ensure product quality is stable and
reliable.
Our products are widely used in Heavy Duty trucks, such as DAIMLER,
PACCAR, VOLVO, INTERNATIONAL, and Other European commercial
vehicles, like MAN. Dolly series products as well.
