Quality Inspection

1. HYDRAULIC TEST

Fill the container with water at 100KPa, and maintain for 10 min at room temperature, no crack ,no leakage.

1. DROP TEST

Fill the container with 98% testing liquid, reduce the temperature to-18C, and drop from a height of 1.9 m, no rack, no leakage. 

1. STACK TEST

Fill the container with water at nominal capacity 98%, the loading value on the container top shall be 4600Kg the maximum allowable gross weight, and maintain for 24 hours at room temperature, no fall, no deformation, and no leakage.

1. VIBRATION TEST

Fill the container with 98% testing liquid, the vertical sine wave, amplitude double amplitude 1 hour 25mmt 5%, the bottom of the container can bath insert 1.6mm thick, 50mm wide sheet meal, insertion of at least 100mm.
